SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME 
          We ship your orders Monday to Friday from Toronto through carriers like Canada Post, UPS etc.  The time may vary by service you choose from Express Post 5 to 7 business days or Standard Post 7 to 14 business days or more for international shipping (US), we highly recommend the carbon-neutral shipping method. Once your product is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you.  

SHIPPING DESTINATION & RATES 

        We only ship within Canada and offer two flat shipping rates for all orders. (If you live in other regions and want to place an order. Please get in touch with us and we will try our best to accommodate, the shipping fee may vary based on your location) 

• Standard Shipping $ 20 (CAD), 7 to 14 business days

• Express Shipping $ 60 (CAD), 5 to 7 business days  

• Free Standard Shipping for orders over $200 (CAD), (Canada only)

        International orders outside Canada may be subject to duties and taxes by the receiver's country's customs department. The payment of the duties and taxes is the responsibility of the receiver. Please know additional duties and tax fees when you place an international order with us.

SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING

         All the packaging materials are recyclable. We aim to reduce our waste in packaging and avoid using synthetic, plastic-based, or petroleum-based by-products.  Our customised shipping box and the water-activated tape (from Noissue) are made of kraft paper. Our wrapping tissue paper and stickers are made of paper. The sticker does not have lamination (Lamination is the process of adding layers to paper which uses vinyl to make it glossy.). The hang tag is also made of paper. They are 100% recyclable. Nothing is sustainable if the kraft paper is not recycled properly, so please check the recycling program at your local municipality to know how to recycle and dispose.
